Personalized Coaching to Help You Break Free From Food Struggles & Nourish Your Whole Self
Whether you’re ready to stop binge eating, let go of dieting for good, or improve your energy, overall health, and mood — my programs combine compassionate coaching with personalized nutrition to help you create lasting change.
How It Works
I offer two coaching paths. Most clients begin with Binge Eating & Emotional Eating Recovery Coaching and later move into Nutrition Coaching — but you’re welcome to start wherever feels most applicable to your situation (we can determine this during our free consultation).
Path 1: Binge Eating & Emotional Eating Recovery Coaching
Heal your relationship with food, develop mindsets & skillsets for lasting healthy habits, stop the binge-restrict cycle, break free from emotional and over-eating, and learn to eat healthy without dieting or depriving.Path 2: Joyful Health & Nutrition Coaching
Once you feel confident with your behaviors around food, we focus on energy, digestion, mood, sleep, stress management, blood sugar, and long-term wellness.
Path 1: Binge Eating & Emotional Eating Recovery Coaching
My own recovery taught me that binge eating isn’t about willpower — it’s a symptom of undernourishment, blood sugar roller coasters, nervous system dysregulation, and diet-culture mindsets.
You also DON’T need to solve all of your emotional problems or past traumas in order to recover!
I’ve helped dozens of clients break free using my Four Key Approach:
01. Remove Binge-Driving Mindsets
Binge eating is fueled by thought patterns like:
Perfectionism & all-or-nothing thinking
Harsh inner critics
Restrictive behaviors & crash-diet mentalities
Your transformation: I’ll help you replace these patterns with empowering beliefs and habits that support lasting change—through coaching, journaling, and guided practice.
02. Nourish With Enough Whole, Nutrient-Dense Food
Binge urges are often the body’s response to undernourishment. By regularly eating enough proteins, fats, carbs, and nutrient-rich foods, cravings naturally calm.
Your transformation: I’ll help you build balanced, satisfying meals that reduce binge urges—without guilt, restriction, or obsessive tracking.
03. Overcome Triggering Foods & Situations
Whether it’s sweets at home, emotional stress, or certain social situations, we’ll face your triggers step-by-step. You’ll learn to enjoy previously “dangerous” foods in moderation and face triggering situations without turning to food to cope.
Your transformation: I’ll help you develop self-trust around foods and situations—so fear and guilt no longer drive your choices.
04. Replace Binge Eating With Something Better
Recovery isn’t just stopping binges—it’s creating a fulfilling life. Together, we’ll explore:
Meaningful hobbies & personal growth
Nervous system & emotional regulation tools
Long-term wellness habits
Further nutrition & lifestyle goals (digestion, blood sugar, stress, sleep)
Your transformation: Satisfy the root “hunger” behind binge eating and build a life you truly enjoy.

Path 2: Joyful Health & Nutrition Coaching
My nutrition coaching is not a one-size-fits-all diet. It’s about uncovering what your body is asking for, learning how your unique body works through experimentation, and creating a sustainable way of eating and living that fits your health, your values, and your lifestyle.
How my process works:
01. Uncover the Root Causes
We start with a Nutritional Health Questionnaire and an optional Food & Mood Journal. These tools help decode what your body is telling us through symptoms — things like cravings, low energy, poor sleep, or digestion issues. Instead of chasing symptoms, we look for the root causes behind them. Note: I’ll never ask you to log or track food long-term, but rather as a short-term tool for collecting useful hints about your habits and symptom patterns.
02. Create Your Personalized Game Plan
Using your assessment results and discussions with you, we’ll collaborate to design a personalized game plan (nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and if needed, supplements) to move you toward your goals. Our goal isn’t to fit you into a rigid diet — it’s to establish nourishing habits that support your body in a way that feels sustainable for you.
03. Take Small, Doable Steps
In each session, we’ll collaborate on a clear action plan with practical, easy steps you can actually follow through on. We’ll troubleshoot, make adjustments, and celebrate progress along the way.
04. Build Lasting Health
As you work to make changes and improve your health, I’ll support you to feel self-empowered and build habits and skills that last a lifetime — so you feel confident and equipped long after our coaching together ends. My goal is for you to eventually not need me anymore! ;)

She made me feel comfortable and supported when discussing my situation, while providing valuable feedback and guidance. She was always available for communication if I had questions. FAQ
Do you take insurance?
No, my coaching is private-pay only.
Many clients find the investment actually saves them money (and stress) long-term by ending the cycle of diets, supplements, health programs, and quick fixes. Some clients have also successfully used their HSA to cover part or all of our work together.
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing worked?
You’re not alone — most of my clients once felt that way. Many had tried therapy or countless diets for years without fully recovering.
Usually, a few key puzzle pieces were just missing. During your free consultation, we’ll explore whether my approach fills those gaps so you can feel confident about your next step.
Please don’t let what hasn’t worked in the past stop you from trying something that truly could.
How long will it take to break free from binge eating?
Most clients experience major changes within 3–6 months, which is why I offer a 3-month program.
Some clients see a full transformation within that time; others continue longer depending on their unique history, situation, and pace.
This process isn’t a “quick fix” — it’s about creating lasting habits that support your health for life.
What if I need longer than 3 months to reach my goals?
No problem! The 3-month package is just the minimum time needed for big change.
After that, many clients continue with maintenance sessions — biweekly, monthly, or as needed.
I’ll support you as long as it’s helpful. Plus, you’ll always be able to reach me by email or text between sessions.
What forms of payment do you Accept?
Payments are processed through Square via credit or debit card.
You can pay in full, set up automatic payments, or use Affirm for a payment plan.
For international clients, I also accept PayPal.
What type of diet or methodology do you follow?
I take an individualized, non-dogmatic approach — no one-size-fits-all plans here.
My clients have healed their relationship with food while eating in many different ways: omnivorous, vegetarian, low-carb, gluten-free, oxalate-restricted, and more.
My focus is on helping you:
Eat foods you enjoy (in moderation)
Get enough nutrient-dense foods
Listen to hunger and fullness cues
I’ll never pressure you to eat in a way that doesn’t feel good — that would defeat the purpose.
Is this therapy?
No. I’m not a therapist or dietitian.
My work complements therapy by focusing on nutrition, habits, and nervous system regulation to support your overall health and healing.
Can I break free from binge eating while also struggling with additional related or unrelated health issues — like ADHD, anxiety, OCD, IBS, kidney disease, etc?
Yes — absolutely.
I’ve helped clients break free from binge eating while navigating ADHD, anxiety, OCD, IBS, PCOS, kidney disease, pre-diabetes, chronic pain, autoimmune disease, and more.
While I don’t diagnose or treat these conditions, I can coordinate with your healthcare team to ensure our work supports your overall treatment plan.
If you’re unsure, please consult your licensed healthcare provider before starting coaching.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes! All sessions are virtual, so I work with clients across several countries.
Most people love the flexibility of joining sessions from home — or wherever life takes them.
