If you’re stuck in cycles of binge eating, emotional eating, dieting, or overeating — you’re not broken, and you’re not alone.
You can feel confident in your food choices, and free from constant food thoughts.
Maybe you’ve tried diet after diet, only to end up falling off the wagon and feeling deprived, frustrated, and ashamed. Or maybe you “know what to do” but can’t seem to stick to it.
The truth is: you don’t need more willpower or another restrictive plan.
You need to understand how to work with your body, instead of against it; and how to build healthy habits that last.
If you’ve been experiencing…
Urges to binge, overeat, or emotionally eat
Energy or mood crashes
Food cravings
Food noise and food guilt
Lack of trust yourself around food
I’m here to tell you that you can have…
Confidence in your food choices
Steady energy and mood
Freedom from cravings
Healthy eating without shame or deprivation
Joy in healthy food and movement again
And you can do all of that WITHOUT:
Fixing all of your emotional problems
Healing all of your past traumas
I take a body-led, behavior-focused approach to help people break free from binge eating, and emotional eating. I do this by teaching them how to understand and respond appropriately to their body’s cues, nourish their body and nervous system, break free from diet culture mindsets, and build sustainable healthy habits. Together, we’ll create your unique healthy lifestyle — without fear, shame, or restriction.
My coaching is NOT about:
Counting calories
Cutting out entire food groups
Punishing workouts or rigid rules
Trying to solve every emotional problem or trauma to stop self-sabotaging
Avoiding trigger foods
Having another expert tell you what to do to keep you on track
My coaching IS about:
Learning to nourish and connect with your body
Compassionate, individualized coaching
Training yourself to use better tools than food to cope
Long-term habits you want to keep
Learning to work with your body, on your own terms
This is a obligation-free consultation where we’ll:
Get to know each other
I’ll answer any questions you have
I’ll listen to your unique story, goals, and needs
I offer these consultations to connect and see if my services and methodology might benefit you or not. Either way, you’ll walk away with at least one helpful insight or resources! (I love to be helpful.)

Meet Your Coach
Hi! I’m Michelle Kester Ho, your Health Coach and Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
I struggled with binge eating for over 10 years — even as a personal trainer and collegiate athlete. For the longest time I thought something was wrong with me and that I needed more discipline. But my recovery taught me that food struggles aren’t about willpower; they’re about nourishment, mindset, and body connection.
Now I help others find the same freedom, using a compassionate, practical approach that addresses both the mindset/emotional and physical sides of food struggles.
Your Next Step
Even if you’ve been stuck for years, you can still break free.
You’re not broken.

The biggest benefit is that I no longer binge! I now think about what I’m feeding my body. Also, now that I understand that I shouldn’t be avoiding what I used to consider “bad” foods, I no longer crave them or have the urge to binge on them. I understand now that, for me, binging happened because I had the mentality that I needed to restrict and when you restrict yourself, you crave it even more. So by stopping my restrictions, I stopped my cravings, and by stopping my cravings, I stopped the binging that I would do before being what I considered back then to be “good” again.

Here are my list of accomplishments so far: I am sitting down more when eating and taking my time. I am exercising more, with yoga and walking mostly, and adding new forms a little at a time. I am meditating in the morning, it is becoming part of my routine. I am planning some meals and adding more protein to my meals. I feel more relaxed around food, knowing there is no perfect food plan and I can adjust as I need to. I am more relaxed in general, most days, less overwhelm and worry. I have learned, if I schedule something I am more likely to do it and to start with small increments and to go smaller if I need to. I am journaling some and bringing it into my morning routine.
